SHIPPING AND RETURNS

ORDER PROCESSING

  • We aim to process orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This processing time is separate from the shipping time.  

SHIPPING

  • After processing is complete you will receive a notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.  If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

DELIVERY

  • Please ensure you report any issues within the respective deadlines:
    • Damaged: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered.
    • Wrong Items: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered.
    • Missing Items:  Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered

RETURNS

  • We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.  All returned items will be inspected before an exchange, store credit, or refund can be processed.  Returned items are to be free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and / or bodily fluids.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Returns are completed with either an exchange, store credit, or refund back to the original form of payment.
